T&C Tartufi is launching in 2026 the presentation of its new project related to truffle products and their applications in cooking: TRUFFLE IN MASTERCLASS is the name of the new project.
In collaboration with chefs, foodies, cooking schools and masterclasses, T&C will showcase experiences related to the culture and typical culinary recipes of the Italian tradition, enhanced with truffles, specifically designed for the restaurant and food service sector.

From Lombardy to Puglia, from Emilia Romagna to Sardinia, it will be a curious and exciting journey that will explore the typical recipes of “Italian cuisine,” which in 2025 became an immaterial cultural heritage of humanity recognized by UNESCO.
We will see the skills of the “tutors” in action as they transfer the techniques and secrets of cooking not only to foreign tourists but also to food enthusiasts, who will be guests in noble country houses and resorts, participating in cooking school courses… so let’s welcome our special and unique gourmet guides, with the “Truffle in Masterclasses”!
In hers thirties, a true Bolognese native, and with a deep love for traditional cuisine, Elena Spisni doesn’t just teach you how to roll out pasta dough; she tells the story of rediscovering authentic flavors.
