1. Shipping and delivery

Shipment is made when all purchased items are available.
The buyer’s expenses are automatically calculated by our e-commerce system depending on the destination and weight of the goods.
They will be duly highlighted and separately indicated in the order form before the user confirms it.

The delivery of the purchased products can take place at your choice:
• the postal address indicated by you as your home address;
• the alternative postal address, required in the order form.

When delivering the products to the courier, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the user, indicating the tracking number through which he will be able to check the shipment status.

Each delivery shall be deemed to have been completed from the moment when the courier places the goods at the disposal of the buyer, in accordance with the system used by the carrier to track the shipment.

2. Returns

A) The descriptions of the products and images on the SITE correspond to those made available by T & C S.r.l.
T & C S.r.l. Undertakes to make the utmost efforts to correct as soon as possible the errors and omissions that may occur in product descriptions.

In the event of non-compliance with the product or service delivered, you may request replacement by sending an e-mail to info@tectartufi.it to which you will attach images that document non-compliance.
The user may request:
• delivery of a product or service identical to the one ordered, compatible with the availability of stock;
• the delivery of a quality product or service of equivalent price compatible with the availability of stock;
• refund of the price of the product or service ordered within fourteen days after the receipt of the goods.

Delivery costs, as well as those for the delivery of a new product, will be supported by T & C S.r.l., subject to authorization by the same, which will reserve the right to choose the courier they deem most appropriate.
Each object must be made in its original packaging and in the conditions it was at the time of delivery. A courier will contact the buyer to arrange the withdrawal of the undesired product.

B) According to art. 14 of Regulation 524/2013 informs you that in the event of a dispute you can file a complaint through the European Union ODR platform at the following link http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ (the platform Is operational since 15 February 2016). The ODR platform is an access point for users who wish to resolve disputes arising out of sales contracts or on-line services in an out-of-court context.
To that end, it is announced that the e-mail address of the website tectartufi.it is info@tectartufi.it

Damaged products

In case of non-compliance of the product or service delivered, the user may request replacement within 5 working days by sending an e-mail to the following address:
info@tectartufi.it, to which you will attach pictures that document the non-compliance of the goods, or by calling 0721-799065.

The user may request:
• delivery of a product or service identical to the one ordered, compatible with the availability of stock;
• the delivery of a quality product or service of equivalent price compatible with the availability of stock;
• refund of the price of the product or service ordered within fourteen days after the receipt of the goods.

Delivery costs, as well as those for the delivery of a new product, will be supported by T & C S.r.l.
Each item must be immediately placed in its original packaging and in the condition it was at the time of delivery. The buyer will be contacted by the company to arrange for the withdrawal of the non-compliant product.
