Infinite congratulations to Riccardo who brilliantly completed his studies at the Faculty of Gastronomic Sciences of the #UNICAM discussing a thesis on the Characterization of the White Truffle of Acqualagna for territorial enhancement.
We are truly proud to have been able to collaborate with Riccardo for the realization of a precious work from every point of view, which has laid the foundations for publications of which the #TartufoBianco of Acqualagna is still lacking.
The protagonists of #GenerationZ are brilliant, curious, capable of conquering the tools to go and discover lands that are still unexplored.
