How to use:

10/15 g for person – fried fish, white meat (chicken, rabbit, turkey), omelettes, fried eggs, polenta. Excellent to go over in the pan fresh pastries stuffed with vegetables, meat and cheese.


Cheese (milk, milk cream, lactic ferments, salt) 72%, butter, water, white truffle (Tuber magnatum Pico) 5%, cheese “Parmigiano Reggiano DOP“ (Protected Designation of Origin) 4,5%, cornstarch, bianchetto truffle (Tuber borchii Vitt.), sea salt, flavourings.
