Fried fish and truffles

During Christmas holidays a little magic happens in each house: the exchange of gifts for adults and children, songs and family reunion, decoration and lights that make each room a warm and confort zone. Hoven emanates scents of tradition, like the one of broth with egg pasta cappelletti or Panettone Christmas cake.
Our tradition are small certain ritual , a passing of the baton that reassures people soul.
But these holidays have been and will be different from the others, that’s the reason why we must become more flexible, also in the kitchen.
A good alternative is TRUFFLED FRIED FISH , a recipes by Michele Pentucci chef.He will give us the confirmation that sometimes, also what is different, can be amazing… in a positive way!
