Meatballs, white truffle cream and pistachios
A summer taste recipe. We all need holiday after so a difficult period.
Pistachios granola will make all of us think to Sicily beloved Italian Island.
Finally we will meet our friends, we will appreciate more and more our beautiful country , tasting the flavor of our former freedom.
Summer truffle pistachio cream meatballs will make you travel with your mind and your hearth.
The magic trick is with whom you share the dish, for whom you cook, with what you mix them but, last but not least, the real magic trick is that you add the T&C white truffle sauce to them.
Put in a bowl: minced meat, oil, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, smashed potatoes, egg, finely chopped garlic, T&C Truffled salt and pepper. Mix everything and put in fridge for 20 minutes. Make the meatballs, cook them with a little bit oil and add the brandy. Add hot water and cook them at low heat for 20 minutes. When meatballs are cooked, add the T&C White truffle sauce and fresh cream. Serve them warm. Decorate with chopped pistachios.
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE
500 g minced meat
50 g grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
150 g boiled potatoes
extra virgin olive oil as required
½ clove of garlic
T&C Truffled salt as required
180 g T&C White truffle sauce
chopped parsley as required
pepper as required
10 cl liquor brandy
50 g chopped pistachios
