Furlo gorge eggs

Ingredients for 4 person:

  • g. 20 / 0,9 oz. of fresh white truffle
  • 2 spoon of olive oil
  • 4 eggs
  • salt and pepper

Preparation:

Heat the oil in a pan, then break the eggs and cook as normal “fried eggs”. When ready cover the eggs with thin slices of fresh white truffles and serve immediately.
