Oggi vi mostreremo come realizzare un piatto decisamente semplice, veloce e davvero ottimo. Stiamo parlando del Carpaccio di Vitello con Tartufo Estivo e Melograno.
Basta qualche fetta di carne di ottima qualità, un po’ di succo di limone, qualche granella di melograno e il nostro raffinato tartufo estivo in salamoia per avere in pochissimo tempo un piatto degno di un grande pasto!
