How to use:

10/15 g for person – Sauce for pasta dishes, finger food, roast meats (filet of rabbit), fish ,omelets, creamed vegetables, fillings for stuffed pasta or meat.


Fine black truffle (Tuber melanosporum Vitt.) 60%, corn seed oil, winter black truffle (Tuber brumale Vitt.) 10%, sea salt, acid: citric acid, aqueous extract of truffles (summer truffle – Tuber aestivum Vitt., black truffle – Tuber melanosporum Vitt., black winter truffle – Tuber brumale Vitt), flavourings.
